No account is needed. Analytics are optional. Payments are handled by Apple. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob.
Effective October 3, 2026.
The short version
Singularity: Gravity Match is playable without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts, and the game does not request your precise location.
What can leave your device: optional anonymous gameplay analytics sent to VRtcl LLC, only if you allow them; advertising data exchanged with Google AdMob; purchases and Game Center, which Apple handles; an update check that sends no identifier.
Who we are
Singularity: Gravity Match is published by VRtcl LLC ("we", "us"). VRtcl LLC is the controller of the information described here. Contact VRtcl LLC by email at agent@rankempire.io. Players can also write to VRTCLsports@gmail.com, the support address in the App Store listing. We aim to reply within two business days.
What stays on your device
Your scores, level progress, settings, purchased and equipped items, tutorial progress and diagnostic logs are stored on your device. Game progress is not backed up to a VRTCL account, so deleting the app removes it.
Diagnostic logs are kept in the app's Documents folder on your device, which iOS can show in the Files app. They are not sent to us.
Gameplay analytics (optional)
The first time you play, the game asks whether to allow gameplay analytics. Nothing is sent unless you choose Allow Gameplay Analytics. Choosing Continue Without Analytics keeps everything on your device and does not change access to the game.
When analytics are on, the game sends first-party events to VRtcl LLC's own server. Each batch contains:
- an app-generated random installation identifier, and anonymous session and run identifiers
- the app version, build and game mode
- session start and end, run start and end, and level and era progress
- scores, in-game currency and reward outcomes
- power, piece, mission, challenge and leaderboard-view events
- shop, ad and purchase lifecycle events: whether an ad was requested, shown, clicked or rewarded, the revenue value the ad network reports for an impression, and the identifier of a product that was purchased (never payment details)
- tutorial and review-prompt events
The installation identifier is a random value created by the game. It is not your Apple ID, Game Center player ID, advertising identifier, device name, contact information, precise location, typed content or raw touch data. Because the same identifier is attached to every event from your installation, we treat it as pseudonymous information, not as fully anonymous.
We use these events to measure reliability and balance the game. We do not use them to track you across other companies' apps or websites, to build a marketing profile about you, or to sell anything.
Control: turn off Gameplay Analytics in the game's Settings at any time. That stops future collection, deletes the stored identifier and any queued events on your device, and asks VRTCL's server to delete the events linked to that installation. It does not change access to the game.
Advertising
Singularity: Gravity Match shows ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your choices, Google may receive and process:
- your device's advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking when iOS asks
- approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and app information such as model, operating system version, app version and language
- information about how you interact with ads, such as whether one was shown, clicked or completed
- crash, performance and diagnostic information from the advertising software
Where required, the game shows Google's consent form, and iOS may ask whether you allow tracking. You can reopen the consent form from Manage Ad Consent in Settings, and change your tracking choice in iOS Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking.
If you decline tracking, ads still appear but are not personalised. The game limits ad content to a PG rating. It is rated 4+ but is not in the App Store Kids category.
Google's handling of this information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the App Store and handled entirely by Apple (Remove Ads and stardust packs). We do not see your payment details, only the confirmation that a purchase happened so the game can unlock what you bought. Restore Purchases asks Apple to restore items you already own.
Game Center
If you sign in to Game Center, Apple provides the leaderboards. The game displays the name that Game Center supplies for ranked players. What Game Center shares and with whom is controlled by your Game Center settings and Apple's privacy policy. We do not copy your Game Center identity into our analytics.
Our servers and website
The game and this website talk to servers that VRtcl LLC operates behind Cloudflare. Like any web service, our web server and Cloudflare process your IP address and basic request details to deliver and protect the service. Our web server keeps a log line for each request (IP address, time, request path, status and size, with no query string and no user agent) and keeps it for 14 days.
On launch the game also asks our server whether a newer version is available. That request carries no installation identifier and no account information.
Crash and performance data
If you have chosen to share analytics with developers in iOS Settings, Apple may send us anonymised crash reports. The advertising SDK may also collect crash and performance diagnostics as described in the advertising section.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not ask you to create an account or give us an email address to play.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites for our own purposes.
- We do not record typed text, contacts, precise location or raw touch coordinates.
Children
Singularity is rated 4+ and is a general audience game. It is not directed at children under 13, it is not in the App Store Kids category, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Ads are limited to PG content and personalised advertising depends on your tracking choice, which parents can also restrict with iOS Screen Time. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
| What you want | How to do it |
|---|---|
| Use no gameplay analytics | Choose Continue Without Analytics when asked, or turn off Gameplay Analytics in Settings. |
| Stop personalised ads | Decline the tracking prompt, or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track in iOS Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking. |
| Change ad consent | Use Manage Ad Consent in the game's Settings. |
| Remove banner and interstitial ads | Buy Remove Ads in the shop. Rewarded ads stay optional. |
| Delete local game data | Delete the app. |
| Delete analytics already received | Turn off Gameplay Analytics in the game, or write to us. |
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or a US state with privacy legislation such as California, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, and to object to processing. We honour those rights. Because gameplay events are linked only to a random installation identifier, the in-game control is the reliable way to delete them; see Data Deletion. To raise any other request, contact us below.
Retention and backups
We keep gameplay analytics events for as long as they are useful for measuring reliability and balancing the game, unless you delete them first with the in-game control. We do not currently run an automatic expiry schedule, and we will update this policy if that changes. Deleting events removes them from our live database; copies in routine server backups are not edited and are replaced as backups rotate. Server log lines are kept for 14 days.
Advertising data is retained by Google under its own policies. Our service providers, including Google, Apple, Cloudflare and our server host, may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, say so inside the game.
