The app is licensed under Apple's Standard EULA. Our terms and privacy policy add to it.
Effective October 3, 2026.
Licence
Unless we provide a separate custom agreement, your use of Singularity: Gravity Match is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement is between you and VRtcl LLC, and sets out the licence you receive to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
Apple's Standard EULA, among other things, confirms that Apple is not responsible for the app, that the app is licensed and not sold, and what happens if you break the licence.
Additional terms
The Terms of Service cover conduct, virtual items and advertising, and the Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. They supplement the Standard EULA.
Support and claims
VRtcl LLC is responsible for support, warranty questions and any claims relating to the app. Contact VRtcl LLC by email at agent@rankempire.io. Players can also write to VRTCLsports@gmail.com, the support address in the App Store listing. We aim to reply within two business days.
