How to delete your data

| A message you sent through the contact form or by email | Email us and ask. We delete the message, your details and our replies unless the law requires us to keep them. |
| A comment or message you sent to one of our social accounts | Delete it on the platform, or ask us to hide or remove our reply. The platform controls its own copy. |
| Gameplay data from one of our games | Use the control inside that game. Singularity also has its own Data Deletion page. |
| Website server log lines | These expire on their own after 14 days. |
| A connection between one of our social accounts and our systems | Remove VRTCL's access in the platform's own settings, or tell us and we will disconnect it on our side. |
Ask us to delete something
You do not need an account or a login. Email us with "VRTCL data deletion" in the subject and tell us what you want removed and the email address we should reply to. Please do not send passwords, tokens or payment details.
We may ask for a detail that lets us confirm the request concerns you. We aim to reply within two business days.
