The short version
This policy covers the VRTCL website, its contact form, and the services we use to publish and measure our own posts on social platforms. Each game has its own privacy policy linked from its page. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising or third-party analytics on this website, and we set no cookies for visitors.
Who we are
VRtcl LLC ("we", "us") publishes games for iPhone and Meta Quest under the VRTCL name and operates this website. Contact VRtcl LLC by email at agent@rankempire.io. Players can also write to VRTCLsports@gmail.com, the support address in the App Store listing. We aim to reply within two business days.
When you visit the website
Our web server and Cloudflare, which delivers this site, process your IP address and basic request details to serve pages and protect against abuse. Our server keeps a log line for each request (IP address, time, request path, status and size, with no query string and no user agent) for 14 days.
The links that send visitors to the App Store go through a counter that adds one to a daily total per link and device class (iOS, Android, desktop). It stores no IP address, no cookie and no per-visitor record.
When you write to us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them to answer you, and we keep the conversation so we can follow up and show what we said. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your message outside VRTCL and the mail provider that carries it.

Your rights
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or a US state with privacy legislation such as California, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to processing. Contact us and we will honour those rights. We do not make decisions about people by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention
We keep contact messages and our replies for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, unless you ask us to delete them. Server log lines are kept for 14 days. Performance information for our own social posts is kept as part of our company records.
Our service providers, including Cloudflare, our server host and our email provider, may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has written to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
